Preschool and the school age program start their registration or re-registration late January/ early February of each calendar year. Registration for these two programs is on a first come first serve basis. Infant and toddler and 3-5 program registration is done throughout the year whenever space is available, however, most frequently the spots that are known to be coming available in the Summer/Fall are offered in January/February of that year. To see if space is available you can e-mail or call the center.
Priority registration is given to:
- Children currently enrolled in one of the programs.
- Siblings of children currently or previously enrolled in one of the programs.
- Children on the wait list.
Checklist
At the time of registration you must present the following: (Someone from Bright Eyes Academy will walk you through the registration process once you have been accepted into the program):
- Registration Fee $100 (non-refundable)
- Half Months Fees (non-refundable- go towards first months fees)
- Cheque or banking information (payments are made through Pre-Authorized Debit)
- Completed registration forms, including emergency contact, permission forms, immunization form and Parent Agreement, pre-authorized debit form. (you will receive a link at the time of registration for our online system “HiMama”)
